Growing up, he watched his father work as a service technician and spent summers in the family business, refinishing gym floors and cleaning countless school buildings. He got his hands dirty as a laborer for a local concrete company, experiencing firsthand the grit, long hours, and dedication it takes to keep these industries running. That experience shaped his belief: skilled trades professionals deserve more than just basic accounting. They need a financial partner who truly understands their world.
